Located 6 minutes drive from the conference venue, AIA have negotiated special rate of INR 5,000/- (plus GST) per night for the benefit of the delegates registering for the conference for stay on 18th Sept. Night, 19th Sept Night and 20th Sept Night.
The above rate is per night rate and includes breakfast, irrespective of single/double accommodation.
The accommodation needs to be booked directly with the Resort.
To avail special rates, the delegates needs to provide the Conference Registration Number with the resort at the time of booking.

Workshop will be held on 18^th September - 3 pm to 7 pm.
Delegates booking Accommodation at Carvela Beach resort shall be provided complimentary pickup as follows:
- Pickup will be from Dabolim Airport / Madgaon Railway Station only
- Pickup time from 10 AM to 9 PM arrivals only on shared basis
- To avail complementary pickup service, the delegate shall have to share the Itinerary at least 15 days prior to date of arrival by email to info@awwa-india.org
Room accommodation by non-delegates / spouse is excluding lunch & dinner and access to conference /exhibit events.
Registration to the conference shall include full access to conference & exhibit including Lunch and dinner on 19^th September and lunch on 20^th September 2024.
Above payments being non-refundable.
